La filigrana è un tipo di lavorazione nelle fornaci di Murano dove vengono inserite bacchette contenenti fili lisci quando il latte caldo o vetri colorati.
L’effetto striato è caldo e avvolgente.
La finitura madreperla gli conferisce una particolare lucentezza.
