Medium and large sized Murano glass bowl.
The unique shape of this bowl is called “peocio”, which in Venetian means “mussel”. The mussel is a seafood very present in the Venetian lagoon and in the gastronomy of Venice, so “peocio” is a tribute from Murano to its island.
Filigree is a special Murano process and consists of the hot application of rods containing smooth threads of colored glass

In fact, the minimum difference between the temperature for melting the glass and the outside temperature during all the production phases can create endless variations.
